Warren Wolf is a shareholder of Cureton
Clark and has been with the firm since 1994.
His practice concentrates in the areas of
bankruptcy, lender litigation/ foreclosures,
consumer fraud, and overall commercial
litigation, including construction
litigation. He is also experienced in real
estate transactions, municipal matters and
landlord/tenant relations. He speaks at
seminars to attorneys and other
professionals in areas of commercial
litigation and debtor/creditor relations.
After graduating from Syracuse University
with a Bachelor of Science in Consumer
Studies and Marketing, Warren obtained his
Juris Doctor from Rutgers University. Upon
graduation, he served a Judicial Clerkship
for the Honorable Robert E. Francis in the
Superior Court of New Jersey, General Equity
Part.
Warren is admitted to practice in Federal
and State Courts of New Jersey and
Pennsylvania. He has been appointed to the
District III B Attorney Ethics Committee and
is a mentor in the Rutgers Pro Bono
Bankruptcy Program.
He is a founding Trustee of the Cooper River
Rowing Association and the President of his
neighborhood homeowners' association.
Although he is an accomplished musical
percussionist and drummer, Warren prefers to
be on the golf course or ski slope in his
free time.
